Fifa 15 is nearly upon us. Being an avid Fifa player for many years I must say I was a little disappointed with EA’s Fifa 14 as was a lot of the Fifa fans, the disappointment in the community has not gone unnoticed on EA’s part with them annoucing an all new and improved title which is available for pre-order
There will be 2 versions of Fifa 15 available on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC: the standard edition which when pre-ordered for $59.99 you will receive upto 15 ultimate team gold packs
However if you order the Ultimate Team Edition priced at $69.99 you will receive a great deal more:
- Upto 40 Fifa 15 Ultimate Team Gold Packs
- The Adidas ALL STAR TEAM
- The Adidas Predator Boot Collection
- 3 brand new gold celebrations
For an extra $10 you get a considerable amount of stuff right off the bat however its only going to benefit you if you play a lot of Fifa Ultimate Team. EA Do state on their website that not all features will be available on all gaming platforms, whether we will hear more about this before Fifa 15 Launch on 23rd September 2014 is another question.
Whats New in Fifa 15?
Something that will blow you away when Fifa 15 is released is the emotional disposition on your players.
EA Sports say:
For the first time ever, players have memories and will show emotion based on the context of the match. With over 600 emotional reactions, players now respond to pivotal moments on the pitch – bad tackles, missed chances, epic goals – as they would in real life.
Better use of Hardware
Due to next generation consoles having a considerable amount of power and the ability to store huge amounts of temporary information, EA has programmed Fifa 15 to remember and do more.
As the game progresses and your players have been tackling around the pitch they will become encrusted with the dirt from the pitch. Not only that when you execute slide tackles they will leave a permanent impression on the pitch for the rest of the game.
Ultra Realistic Jaw Dropping Graphics
With each generation of Fifa we have seen graphics improvements across the board and Fifa 15 is no exception.
Fifa have added in all new ultra realistic textures and lighting for players, pitches, stadiums and even giving players moving hair and visible breathing, leaving the game with a whole new dimension of realism.
“From the most realistic players ever created in a FIFA title to fully realized arenas with living pitches, this year we’ve brought a whole new level of visuals to the game,”
Senior Producer Nick
The one thing that strikes me from the E3 game play footage and the teaser trailers released by EA is the attention to graphical detail, whether they have put as much effort into actual gameplay is another question and something we will have to wait for until more game play footage arises. However from the footage you have seen so far I am sure you are looking forward to the new football title as much as I am., I have pre-ordered the ultimate team edition for my PS4 will you?
