Every year we hear plans of games to be released every year and we would only get teasers of the developed part of the games to keep us keen to see what more the developers will give us. These gaming developers uses expos to hype up what will soon come to our TV screens or PC monitors with demos and game-play footage trailers.
The Electronic Entertainment Expo, what most know it E3, is one of the biggest exhibition that showcases up coming games and some new gaming technology that we could see or get within the next year.
This year at E3 will be the same as previous years where big named gaming developers and hardware brands will be exhibiting their latest work for us to have a look at.
Console Games That We Expect To See This Year
Showcasing new games at E3 is the highlight of the whole expo, simply because we get to see how the development are going on and we may get to find out when these games that has already got our attention will be released to the market.
Here are some games that has been suspected to be showcased in E3 2015:
Xbox One
Forza 6
Being on its sixth series, it is undeniable that Forza is a very popular for car racing games. Hopefully the new and slick performance cars can give us the brilliant driving experience gaming that we deserve.
Fable Legends
This ever so popular role-playing adventure game is forever growing. In this new series this is will be very different from the prequels because Fable Legends will only be playable online only. With the nature of this game being player vs player mode, it may not be for everyone. This is because it is practically a team of four playing against one person who is the villain who has the ability to set traps.
Rise Of The Tomb Raider
A new sequel to the newly reboot Tomb Raider back in 2013. This new game will follow-up on the prequel where she continues with the action and investigation in which the Tomb Raider franchise has always been known for.
Halo 5
It has almost been two years in which E3 2013 has announced the teaser trailer for this game. It has been a while since I have played a decent Halo game, this is because Halo was one of the first games which I have played on the Xbox and it’s finally coming on the Xbox One! With the long development and the amount that has been spent for this game, I am hoping the graphics along with the game-play of the new Halo 5 will blow everyone’s minds away.
N.B. It has just been recently announced that the release date for Halo 5 will be 27th October 2015!
Playstation 4
Unchartered 4: A Thief’s End
Since the announcement of this game to be developed, there was a slight delay considering the development team had some difficulties on who will be the ones to take charge of this project. It seems like the project is going so swiftly that this action packed game will be released this year.
Persona 5
This role-playing anime style game made by Atlus is proven to be one of the mysterious game to be released so far. This is because the game-play footage has been kept on the down low to which the game trailer does not give much away. The new game to this series gives off a new impression that Persona 5 will be more dark and evil than it’s prequels where the high school students uses their supernatural powers for good rather than evil. Let’s hope this year we will get to see more of this game at E3 2015.
Project Morpheus Games
Although not confirmed, there seems to be a chance where Sony will show off some games in which we can use Project Morpheus on our PS4. I will definitely keep my fingers crossed for some teaser trailers for this year!
Wii U
Yoshi’s Woolly World
From E3 2014, several Wii U games has been announced that Nintendo has been developing. Yoshi’s Woolly World was the one game that caught my eyes the most. To me the game play looks simple but with a challenge and the whole concept of using wool just looks visually stunning. This game is definitely one to look out for!
Star Fox
Back in the day, Star Fox has been a very popular childhood game. However since 2006 the last Star Fox was made, it has been a very long wait for the Star Fox fans to get hold of the new gaming experience where Nintendo is trying to utilize the Wii U game pad and our television screens together to create a better game play.
Xenoblade Chronicles X
Another RPG game where Nintendo is determined to give us (in their own way) a visually stunning experience. With their new combat set-ups, relationship buildings, questing, world maps and many more, the game will hopefully keep us all hooked like Final Fantasy VII did on PS1.
There Will Be More Games To Be Added!
Considering E3 2015 will not be held until June 2015, the above given are suspected to be showcased at the exhibition. There will be more games added and to the confirmed list nearer to the time of the expo!
