Noctua has released three coolers for the Intel LGA3647 socket. The new coolers are the NH-U14S DX-3647, the NH-U12S DX-3647, and the NH-D9 DX-3647 4U. Each uses those familiar brown fans and SecuFirm2 mounting kits.
The NH-U14S DX-3647 has a footprint of 165x150x78mm with a 140mm fan installed and has a 70x56mm contact surface to properly fit the LGA3647 socket. This cooler comes with NT-H1 thermal compound pre-applied, a 24,6 dB(A) NF-A15 PWM fan, and hardware for an optional additional fan.
The NH-U12S DX-3647 has a footprint of 158x125x97mm with 120mm fans installed. This cooler comes with NT-H1 thermal compound pre-applied and two 22,6 dB(A) NF-A12x25 PWM fans.
The NH-D9 DX-3647 4U has a footprint of 134x120x95mm with 92mm fans installed. This cooler comes with NT-H1 thermal compound pre-applied and two 30,6 dB(A) NF-A9 PWM fans.
All three coolers are made with copper base plates, aluminum fins, and nickel plating; the coolers come with a 6 year warranty. With solutions to fit in workstations and 4U servers, Noctua has provided a quieter cooling solution for Skylake-SP Xeons and Xeon-Phi CPUs.
